The main function of this role is to manage and provide expert advice on complex contentious trust and probate cases. The responsibilities also include offering clear and practical guidance to clients, supervising junior team members, and contributing to the growth of the practice through business development activities. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring the highest standards of client service and legal expertise.

KEY DUTIES:
- Managing a caseload of complex contentious trust and probate matters
- Providing clear, practical, and strategic advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to business development and the growth of the practice
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client service

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in Contentious Trusts & Probate
- Proven track record of handling complex contentious trust and probate cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ACTAPS member
