Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.

This firm seeks an FS Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to lead the compliance and reporting aspects of the firm's financial services tax practice. The responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and overseeing the preparation and review of tax returns.

The role also involves advising clients on tax planning strategies and staying abreast of changes in tax legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's partners and other senior managers to deliver high-quality tax services.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading the compliance and reporting functions for a diverse portfolio of financial services clients
- Overseeing the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and ensuring timely submission
- Providing strategic tax planning advice to clients and identifying tax-saving opportunities
- Staying updated with changes in tax legislation and ensuring clients are compliant with new regulations
- Collaborating with partners and senior managers to develop and implement tax strategies
- Conducting internal quality control reviews and ensuring the accuracy of tax reporting

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting within the financial services sector
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
