This firm seeks an FS Corporate Tax Manager to join them. This role is ideal for those looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The main function of this role is to oversee the compliance and reporting aspects of corporate tax within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities include managing the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax planning advice. The role also involves liaising with external auditors and tax authorities, as well as supporting the firm's internal teams on tax-related matters.
KEY DUTIES:
- Managing the preparation and review of corporate tax returns
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Liaising with external auditors and tax authorities
- Supporting internal teams with tax-related queries and issues
- Conducting internal tax training sessions to enhance team knowledge
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting within the financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff
