Director, Tax Advisory

Opportunity in a Leading Professional Services firm.

This firm is seeking a skilled Tax Advisory Director to join the Tax team, with a focus on restructuring and mergers & acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tax Partners to provide reliable and high-caliber tax advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within your portfolio, participating actively in client engagements and meetings.
• Take a leading role in the firm’s tax advisory services related to restructuring and M&A transactions.
• Offer guidance on tax solutions for clients engaged in succession planning.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues from various service areas, including Corporate Finance, Business Advisory, and Tax Compliance.
• Ensure successful execution of restructuring initiatives, such as management buyouts (MBOs), trade sales, and employee ownership trusts (EOTs).

Candidate Profile

• Qualified in CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in tax advisory, particularly within restructuring contexts
• Confident in client-facing interactions and liaising with tax authorities
• Proven ability to deliver projects punctually and within budget
• Strong technical expertise in tax matters
