  • Provide guidance on SDLT/LBTT, VAT, capital allowances, and general tax planning for property deals.
  • Assist clients with tax planning, investment structuring, and the reorganisation of business entities.
  • Advise on devolved tax matters and the design of employee share schemes within corporate transactions.
  • Offer counsel on investment fund structuring and executive remuneration strategies.
  • Present tax updates via seminars, webinars, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Work closely with partners to support business development and team projects.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm’s information security standards.

Requirements

  • Legal or ATT/CTA qualifications.
  • Strong interest in tax with a practical, business-focused approach.
