The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing transfer pricing expertise across various industries, with a particular focus on financial transactions and asset management. The position has emerged due to increased demand for transfer pricing services, particularly in financial transactions and asset management. The successful candidate should demonstrate practical experience in advising on UK transfer pricing legislation for debt, HMRC guidance on thin capitalisation, and Advanced Thin Capitalisation Agreement (ATCA) negotiations. A comprehensive understanding of UK Corporate Interest Restriction legislation is essential. Familiarity with international corporate tax principles would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team and director to deliver transfer pricing advice and documentation projects, fostering growth in asset management and financial transactions, managing client relationships, meeting deadlines, mentoring junior team members, and engaging with our international network.
