About the Role
Opportunity in a Small firm.
This firm seeks an exceptional Tax Advisory Partner to lead and expand their specialised team. The successful candidate will report directly to a co-founder and will be instrumental in shaping the future of our tax advisory services.
The ideal candidate possesses a CTA (preferred), ACA, CA, or equivalent qualification, with extensive senior practice experience. Expertise in areas such as EMI share options, ITEPA, growth shares, CSOPs, EIS, or R&D Tax Credits is highly desirable, as is experience working with technology, science, or engineering businesses.
Key responsibilities include spearheading tax advisory work, managing projects, ensuring high-quality client service, developing the service line, building relationships within the high-growth ecosystem, and contributing to business development efforts. The role may also involve participation in marketing initiatives and software platform development.
