This firm needs a self-motivated professional who excels at independent task management and thrives in collaborative environments. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with senior leadership, ensuring optimal client service delivery. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation, with specialist expertise and the ability to handle complex tax issues.
  • Experience in managing all aspects related to a portfolio of clients.
  • Proven ability to oversee a client portfolio, including client onboarding and engagement, billing, and identifying opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection.
  • Capability to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, utilising resources from a shared service team or leveraging technology tools.
  • An understanding of potential risks to the firm concerning quality control procedures.
  • Experience in leading complex projects.
  • Experience working with Not for Profit organsations is advantageous, though not essential, provided there is enthusiasm for the sector and a willingness to learn more.
