The firm is looking for a Reward Manager to create and execute effective pay strategies. In this role, you will analyse market trends, oversee annual salary reviews, and design incentive plans that align with company goals. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to build reward structures that help attract and retain top talent.
KEY DUTIES:
- Designing and implementing reward strategies and programmes
- Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Managing the annual salary review process
- Developing incentive schemes that align with the firm's objectives
- Collaborating with HR and senior management to support talent retention and attraction
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a reward management role within the accountancy sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR and reward management systems
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable
