Partner, Corporate Finance

This firm seeks a Corporate Finance Partner to join them. The main function of this role is to drive the growth and success of the firm's corporate finance department.

The responsibilities include networking both internally and externally to promote the department and secure new business. The role also requires a strategic mindset to generate your own transaction flow while offering strategic direction for the wider business. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the corporate finance team and ensuring its continued success.

KEY DUTIES:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading and managing corporate finance transactions from inception to completion
- Providing strategic advice and direction to clients and the wider business
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in corporate finance, with a track record of successful transactions
- Strong networking skills, both internally and externally
- Strategic mindset with the ability to generate transaction flow and offer direction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
