This firm seeks a Corporate Finance Partner to join its leadership team.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the department’s success by leading by example, managing client relationships, securing new engagements, and fostering team development.
• Collaborate closely with clients to fully comprehend their business requirements, ensuring that both you and the broader team deliver a personalised and bespoke service.
• Serve as the principal lead on assignments, demonstrating strong leadership and technical proficiency to cohesively bring all aspects of the projects together.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to network internally and externally to promote the department and secure new business.
• A strategic mindset, enabling you to generate your own transaction flow while providing strategic guidance and direction to the broader business.
