About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading firm.
This firm is looking for an accomplished and driven Audit Partner to join its team, with a key focus on leading client engagements across multiple industries. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset to support business growth, nurture client partnerships, and uphold the highest standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership: Manage a broad range of clients across various sectors, ensuring high-quality service and consistency in every engagement. Oversee the delegation of tasks and maintain exceptional standards throughout the client relationship.
Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing service offerings and introduce new ones, directly contributing to revenue growth. The role requires strong commercial insight and a strategic understanding of business to provide added value to clients and the firm.
Collaboration & Marketing: Collaborate with other departments to develop creative strategies that enhance marketing efforts and strengthen client relationships. Stay informed on the firm’s suite of services to maximise the effective use of internal resources.
Audit Oversight: Supervise the complete audit process, from planning to final delivery, including budget management, scheduling, and quality control. The candidate will act as the Responsible Individual (RI) for client engagements, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Qualifications:
A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have achieved or are in the process of obtaining RI status.
Technical Expertise: Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate complex business situations, identify critical issues, and devise effective solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP is crucial.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing a substantial client portfolio at a senior level, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on identifying challenges and creating solutions.
