It’s an opportunity to work with private businesses and family enterprises, providing them with general practice services, including audit, accounting, and general business advice.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee general practice engagements, including the review of financial statements
- Provide general advice to clients on the day-to-day running of their businesses and help support their growth and success
- Cultivate strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service
- Business development
- Mentoring and developing the team
**Person Specification**
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status
- Proven track record of effectively leading and managing audit, accounting, and advisory engagements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- The ability to train and develop junior team members
