About the Role
Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.
This firm seeks a Manager to work within a dynamic and diverse team where you will further develop your expertise, and interact regularly with senior stakeholders at client organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Oversee multiple GCR contracts, managing service delivery and risk through structured processes and maintaining stakeholder relationships across various jurisdictions.
- Ensure adherence to contract governance, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide guidance on contract-related issues.
- Manage the objectives and expectations of junior team members, including offshore personnel.
Financial Oversight
- Regularly review budgets and resources to support account margin goals.
- Manage billing processes according to contractual schedules.
Quality and Risk Management
- Collaborate with the Global Engagement Leader on quality and risk management, ensuring adherence to processes and supporting the resolution of client service issues.
Business Development and Process Optimisation
- Assist in business development activities, including responding to client RFPs and identifying opportunities for expanding services.
- Support clients in reviewing and optimizing their compliance and reporting processes.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Corporate or Indirect Tax, or accountancy.
- Strong project management and process design skills, ideally with experience managing international projects.
- Effective communication, leadership, and business development abilities.
