Corporate Finance Director

Opportunity in a Leading Tier A firm.

This firm seeks a Corporate Finance Director to join them.  As a Director within this firm, you will be entrusted with significant client responsibilities, managing and owning a portfolio with a high level of accountability. You will oversee the portfolios of your team, contributing to the planning of workflows. The role requires the delivery of set revenue and profitability targets while maintaining and nurturing long-term client relationships. A key aspect of your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of our strategic people plan, designed to inspire and grow the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development.
• Lead client meetings and manage client relationships, providing detailed, expert advice on the information delivered and guiding clients through their transactions.
• Collaborate with the wider Corporate Finance teams across the firm, ensuring that you are engaging at a national level to serve clients effectively while keeping your technical knowledge up to date.

Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven management experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
