Audit Director/Partner

This firm seeks an accomplished professional to join them in a senior leadership role within the audit department. The position offers two potential paths: Audit Director with a clear trajectory to partnership, or a Partner-level position for those seeking a new challenge.

Key responsibilities include spearheading engagements with large, complex clients, conducting in-depth analyses of intricate business scenarios, and providing comprehensive advisory services to business owners. The role demands oversight of all client engagement aspects, ensuring the maintenance of superior service standards. Additionally, the incumbent will manage the entire audit process, including budget and timeline management.

The ideal candidate possesses ACA, ACCA, or CA qualifications, with a proven track record in auditing across diverse industries. Demonstrated ability to manage an extensive client portfolio is essential, as is experience in team mentorship and coaching.
