This firm seeks a distinguished audit professional to join their expanding team.  Their organisation has made significant strides in their audit division, implementing a robust strategy that prioritises quality, inclusivity, and growth within our complex and larger mid-market clientele.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Director prepared to assume a leadership role, or an accomplished Senior Manager ready for promotion to Responsible Individual (RI) status. Exceptional Directors aspiring to partnership will also be considered.

This position demands a strategic mindset to drive team growth, foster business development, and ensure all assignments are executed profitably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The successful applicant will possess a recognised accountancy qualification, maintain an exemplary audit quality rating, and demonstrate a proven track record as an RI within the larger mid-market sector.
