US/UK Tax Manager (HNWIs)

Opportunity in a Leading firm.

This firm seeks a US/UK Tax Manager to join their dynamic team. They are offering a full-time position with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

The main function of this role is to manage a comprehensive client list, focusing on high net worth individuals. The responsibilities include providing expert advice on tax affairs, participating in Management Committee Meetings, and contributing to the operational success of the firm. This role also encompasses line management duties, including department work planning and appraisals, as well as guiding junior team members on both technical and day-to-day matters.

KEY DUTIES:
- Advising clients on their tax affairs, ensuring compliance and optimising tax positions
- Managing a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals
- Participating in Management Committee Meetings and contributing to strategic decisions
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Conducting appraisals and contributing to department work planning
- Leading or participating in committee memberships to drive the firm’s objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA, ATT, or CTA qualification
- Proven experience in a managerial capacity or aspiring to move into such a role
- Strong technical knowledge of US/UK tax regulations
- Excellent client management and advisory skills
- Ability to mentor and develop junior staff members
