US Private Client Tax Manager

Opportunity in a Leading firm.

This firm seeks a US/UK Tax Manager to join them. They are offering a dynamic role with significant responsibilities and the chance to influence the operational success of the firm.

The primary function of this role is to manage a comprehensive client list, providing expert advice on their tax affairs. As a key member of the management team, you will participate in Management Committee Meetings and contribute to achieving the firm's performance targets, aims, and objectives. This role involves line management duties, including department work planning, conducting appraisals, and guiding junior team members on both technical and day-to-day matters. You will be supported by senior management through mentorship and personal coaching, helping you develop client and staff management skills and potentially plot your route to Director/Partner.

KEY DUTIES:
- Advising clients on their US and UK tax affairs
- Managing a comprehensive client list
- Participating in Management Committee Meetings
- Contributing to the firm's performance targets and objectives
- Conducting appraisals and guiding junior team members
- Engaging in department work planning and operational success

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ATT/CTA qualification
- Experience in a managerial capacity or aspiring to a managerial role
- Strong technical knowledge of US and UK tax regulations
- Excellent client management skills
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
