About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships, proactively securing work and contributing to new client acquisition.
- Formulate and communicate solutions to complex technical problems, collaborating with stakeholders from our firm, clients, and tax authorities.
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a practical, business-oriented approach.
- Identify opportunities to involve other technical disciplines, thereby expanding the scope and value of services offered.
- Manage areas of risk for both clients and the firm, consulting as necessary.
- Ensure the day-to-day delivery of exceptional client service.
- Build commercial networks and relationships internally and externally, managing resulting business opportunities.
- Foster the development of team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
- Contribute to people initiatives, including retention and training efforts.
- Play a role in the management of the team, focusing on both strategy and operations as well as the development and assignment of junior staff.
Skills and Experience
- A seasoned transfer pricing practitioner with extensive experience, including thin capitalisation analysis and the negotiation of ATCAs.
- Proficient in financial modeling and the application of financial and economic analysis techniques to transfer pricing issues.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Commercially aware and client-focused, committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across a range of scenarios.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Passionate about coaching and developing junior staff.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in transfer pricing.
- A degree or postgraduate degree is essential.
