Primary Responsibilities

  2. Spearhead reward projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  3. Conduct in-depth market analysis to formulate competitive and compliant reward strategies.
  4. Collaborate with client executives to integrate reward strategies into broader human capital initiatives.
  5. Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive benefits packages.
  6. Provide expert consultation on compensation and benefits, offering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  7. Ensure regulatory compliance of all reward programs.
  8. Maintain transparent communication channels regarding reward policy developments.
  9. Contribute to thought leadership in reward management through industry engagement and client education.
