This firm seeks a skilled Tax Director to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver expert guidance on matters affecting management teams, with a focus on employment-related securities, capital gains tax, and individual income tax in transactional contexts. 

This firm seeks a Tax Director to join their team.  The main function of this role is to provide expert advice on issues impacting management teams, particularly in the areas of employment-related securities, capital gains tax, and income tax for individuals involved in transactions. The responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, proactive business development, and managing the delivery of complex consulting projects. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to team initiatives.

KEY DUTIES:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Proactive business development to secure new work
- Managing the successful delivery of technically complex consulting projects
- Providing development support to junior team members through supervision, coaching, and mentoring
- Contributing to team initiatives, including retention and training
- Ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Law qualification / Tax specialist qualification, or equivalent knowledge
- Strong tax technical skills in the management taxes area
- Proven track record in advising on management taxes
- Business development skills, with the ability to identify and convert new business
- Experience in coaching and developing junior staff
