Tax Advisor

Opportunity in a Tier A firm.

This firm seeks an individual capable of working proactively, managing personal tasks independently, and demonstrating confidence in collaborating with colleagues. This role requires regular communication with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners to ensure effective service delivery to clients. The successful candidate will be encouraged to identify and highlight opportunities for enhancing service delivery and offering additional services to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Comprehensive, current knowledge of taxation and proven experience in addressing complex tax issues.
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, and private equity-backed groups.
• Some experience advising on M&A transactions (buy-side or sell-side, structuring, or due diligence) with a strong interest in further developing expertise in this area.
• Experience managing a client portfolio, including client onboarding and engagement, billings, and identifying opportunities for improved recoveries and cash collection.
• Capability to provide Corporation Tax Compliance and Advisory services to diverse clients, utilizing shared service teams or technology tools as appropriate.
• An understanding of potential risks to this firm in relation to quality control procedures.
• Experience in leading projects of limited scale and complexity.
• An interest in mentoring and supporting the development of trainees through effective delegation and serving as a role model.
• hold a CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
