This firm is seeking a qualified Tax Senior to oversee a diverse portfolio encompassing personal, partnership, and corporate tax clients. Key responsibilities include managing a broad tax client portfolio, which includes individuals, partnerships, owner-managed businesses, and small groups. The successful candidate will develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high service standards and identifying tax planning opportunities. Duties also involve reviewing corporate and personal tax returns, advising on benefits in kind, handling P11D forms, and overseeing clients' tax affairs, including HMRC inquiries, remuneration planning, and ad hoc tax advice.
Supporting Partners and Directors on advisory projects such as restructuring, succession planning, transaction support, and property tax planning is expected. You will also conduct technical research and present findings effectively, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
The ideal candidate will hold an ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, with CTA preferred. Experience in both personal and corporate tax is essential, as are strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
