Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Senior Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, primarily focusing on private, fast-growing UK-based organisations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and nurturing client relationships to consistently provide high-quality service.
- Overseeing the successful execution of mobility tax projects, ensuring technical accuracy and excellence.
- Leading the day-to-day delivery of client services, with an emphasis on advisory work.
- Collaborating within the firm, across various service lines, and with international colleagues to identify and capitalise on mobility opportunities.
- Proactively pursuing new tax projects from existing clients and driving business development from potential new clients.
- Serving as a trusted management team member by mentoring junior staff and making significant team-impacting decisions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced expatriate tax professional with the following attributes:
- Strong technical skills with a passion for further development.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable to new working methods.
- A team player with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and budget management.
- Ability to communicate complex advice clearly and accurately, offering practical insights.
- Professional qualifications such as ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years of management experience within global mobility, preferably within professional services.
