The ideal candidate is an experienced expatriate tax practitioner with strong technical skills and a desire for continuous growth. They should possess excellent project management abilities, demonstrate commercial awareness, and effectively communicate complex advice in clear, practical terms. A relevant professional qualification (ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law or equivalent) is required, along with a minimum of three years' management experience in global mobility, preferably within professional services.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player, capable of integrating quickly into new environments, managing client expectations, and fostering junior staff development.
