Senior Manager, Banking Tax

This firm seeks a Banking Tax Senior Manager to lead and manage complex tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of banking and financial clients. The successful candidate will provide strategic tax advisory services, ensuring clients comply with evolving regulatory requirements while optimising tax efficiencies.

This role involves supervising and mentoring a team of tax professionals, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless tax solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the financial services sector, excellent technical tax knowledge, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities that add value to client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting projects for banking and financial clients.
• Provide technical expertise on complex tax issues, including regulatory changes and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications:

• ACA/CTA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in banking or financial services tax within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and regulatory awareness.
