This firm seeks a Senior Manager to join them. The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage the audit of tax processes within the firm. The responsibilities encompass ensuring compliance with tax regulations, providing strategic tax planning advice, and leading a team of tax auditors.

Additionally, the role involves liaising with senior partners to develop and implement tax strategies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the accuracy of tax filings. The team occasionally supports client advisory projects, adding variety to the role.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing the audit of tax processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to senior partners
- Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate tax-related risks
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of accurate tax filings
- Managing and mentoring a team of tax auditors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Assisting with client advisory projects as required, offering expert tax guidance

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in tax auditing within a top accountancy firm
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior partners and clients
