This firm seeks a Senior M&A Tax Advisor to join them. The role involves providing expert tax advice and support on mergers and acquisitions within the financial services sector. Responsibilities include conducting thorough tax due diligence, structuring transactions to optimise tax efficiency, and advising on the tax implications of various deal structures. The role also involves liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and policies.

KEY DUTIES:
- Conducting comprehensive tax due diligence on potential acquisitions and mergers
- Structuring transactions to optimise tax efficiency and compliance
- Advising clients on the tax implications of various deal structures
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations affecting the financial services sector
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients and senior management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in M&A tax advisory within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
