This firm seeks a Senior Associate to join their team.

The role will focus on ensuring the tax-efficient implementation and execution of strategies to fulfill client requirements. Key Responsibilities:
The tax team advises on the structuring and execution of both domestic and international transactions. The successful candidate will provide guidance on the tax aspects of various matters, including but not limited to:
- Structured real estate transactions;
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other corporate transactions;
- Hedge and debt funds, real estate, and other asset classes;
- International tax structures and cross-border transactions;
- Structured finance, including asset and Islamic finance, and capital markets;
- Insolvency and restructuring;
- VAT and other indirect tax issues.
Qualifications:
- Preferably qualified in England and Wales or holding a legal qualification that permits practice in the UK.
- Strong academic credentials.
Experience and Knowledge:
- A broad range of corporate tax experience within a City or large regional practice.
- Experience in real estate tax and corporate transaction taxation is advantageous.
- Additional experience in funds taxation, taxation of financial transactions, and tax accounting is desirable.
