The successful candidate should possess substantial post-qualification experience from a premier City or regional practice, with demonstrated expertise in corporate tax and particular emphasis on private equity and M&A transaction structuring.
The team provides authoritative guidance on investment qualification and structuring, maintaining regular dialogue with HMRC regarding regulatory compliance and legislative developments. They also posess particular expertise in structuring complex development transactions for the firm's extensive developer client base.
