The main function of this role is to provide expert guidance and supervision to less experienced colleagues while supporting, training, mentoring, and advising others within the firm. The responsibilities also include challenging current practices, driving improvements, and championing change. Additionally, the role involves taking personal responsibility for decisions and actions, both individually and for the team, and leading projects of limited scale or complexity.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing expert guidance and supervision to less experienced colleagues
- Supporting, training, mentoring, and advising others within the firm
- Challenging current practices to drive improvements and champion change
- Taking personal responsibility for decisions and actions, both individually and for the team
- Leading projects of limited scale or complexity
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educated to degree level, and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent
- Demonstrable post-qualified experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to challenge current practices and drive improvements
- Excellent decision-making and project management abilities
