Private Client Senior Associate

Due to a growing client base, this firm seeks a skilled solicitor to join its expanding Private Wealth and Tax team at the Aberdeen office. The successful candidate will be part of a large team.  This position offers opportunities to collaborate closely with partners and colleagues within the private wealth and tax teams in other office locations. The firm operates under a unified approach across its locations, fostering a culture of collegiality and teamwork.

Role Specifications

Applications are invited from Associates and Senior Associates with proven experience in areas such as complex executries, including estates with agricultural assets, Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, Trust creation and administration, Powers of Attorney, care fees planning, and charity work. While a STEP Diploma qualification would be beneficial, it is not essential.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be willing to mentor and support junior team members.
