About the Role
Opportunity in a Commercial Law firm.
This firm offers an exceptional opportunity for a qualified solicitor or associate with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to become a part of its esteemed Private Client team.
The successful candidate will take on responsibilities including:
- Estate planning, such as drafting intricate wills and establishing lifetime trusts
- Multi-generational estate planning and implementing tax-efficient arrangements
- Developing strategies for wealth preservation and planning prior to sales
- Overseeing estate administration and managing deeds of variation
- Handling lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection issues, and deputyship applications
- Supporting elderly clients and those with vulnerable dependents
- Resolving disputes related to wills
