Partner, Audit

This firm is looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Audit Partner. Collaborating closely with the Office Managing Partner, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the team and expanding the Audit service line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements for major clients with complex needs, delivering strategic insights and tailored solutions.
• Analyse intricate business situations to pinpoint critical issues and prioritise key areas of focus.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on both business strategies and personal financial matters.
• Oversee client engagements from start to finish, including task allocation, ensuring a high level of service excellence.
• Manage the entire audit process, from planning through to completion, maintaining compliance with budgets and deadlines.

Candidate Profile:

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant audit experience across multiple industries.
• Demonstrated success in managing a varied client portfolio.
• Strong leadership skills, with a background in mentoring and developing team members.
• RI status is required.
