The team is currently looking to recruit managers with specific expertise in hedge fund operations to support their growth initiatives in the coming year.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing US tax compliance engagements for hedge fund clients, with a keen eye for risk assessment, operational efficiency, and technical tax matters. This role requires a thorough understanding of US tax legislation and the ability to effectively communicate its implications to asset management clients. The position demands a collaborative approach, as the successful applicant will be expected to mentor junior staff members and contribute to the team's collective knowledge base. Additionally, the role involves coordinating multiple engagement teams, managing schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key qualifications include a relevant professional certification (CPA, EA, or equivalent) or an advanced degree in accounting or taxation. Candidates must possess extensive experience in partnership tax returns, Schedules K-1, and computing taxable income for private equity funds. Proficiency in international tax concepts and related US tax laws is essential, as is familiarity with tax preparation software such as Go Systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, particularly in US tax for hedge funds, and demonstrate the ability to manage large-scale compliance projects involving cross-border teams.
