Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.

The firm is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Tax Manager with a strong interest in Banking, Insurance, and/or Wealth & Asset Management. This role provides an outstanding chance to deepen industry expertise by working alongside a team dedicated to delivering thorough advisory services. The position offers involvement in diverse advisory projects, spanning from smaller domestic clients to major multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of client relationships by delivering outstanding client service, managing the successful completion of tax projects, and ensuring a technically proficient, practical, and business-oriented approach.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, applying knowledge gained from prior projects, technical training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to inform project outcomes and enhance proposal quality.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, using relationship skills to create networks within the Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management sectors.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members through effective delegation and on-the-job training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, prioritising, meeting deadlines, and monitoring project budgets
