Manager, Tax Risk Management

This firm seeks an individual who demonstrates both independence in managing tasks and confidence in collaborating effectively with colleagues and regularly communicating with senior management at client organisations, as well as with directors and partners across the firm. The successful candidate will be encouraged to proactively identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and expanding the range of services provided to client organisations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree-level education and/or relevant professional qualifications such as CTA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Experience in Tax Risk work, particularly in areas such as tax processes, strategy, Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) requirements, and Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) compliance, or a strong interest in governance and risk management.
• Strong presentation skills, with confidence in conducting workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
• Excellent communication abilities to support group management, client interaction, and business development.
• The capability to lead projects and deliver high-quality reports.
• A strong sense of personal responsibility for decision-making and accountability for the actions of others.
