This firm is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Manager. This position is integral to delivering a full spectrum of services related to the administration and oversight of international human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth compensation analyses, ensuring the accurate processing of payroll, and maintaining stringent compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in managing complex datasets related to mobile employee compensation. A thorough understanding of UK payroll regulations, including RTI and various levy requirements, is essential. Basic knowledge of expatriate tax principles, including specific reliefs and allowances, is required.
Key responsibilities encompass:
- Analysing compensation data for tax and social security compliance
- Overseeing expatriate payroll processes using advanced technological solutions
- Conducting payroll data validations and variance analyses
- Ensuring adherence to global mobility policies
- Preparing comprehensive cost reports and recommending potential savings
