A thorough understanding of UK payroll regulations, including RTI and various levy requirements, is essential. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Analysing compensation data for tax and social security compliance
  • Overseeing expatriate payroll processes using advanced technological solutions
  • Conducting payroll data validations and variance analyses
  • Ensuring adherence to global mobility policies
  • Preparing comprehensive cost reports and recommending potential savings
