Opportunity in a Large firm.

This firm is seeking a Reward Manager to develop and implement competitive compensation strategies. You'll conduct market analysis, manage annual pay reviews, and design incentive programs aligned with business objectives. Partner with HR and leadership to attract and retain talent through effective reward frameworks.

KEY DUTIES:
- Designing and implementing reward strategies and programmes
- Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Managing the annual salary review process
- Developing incentive schemes that align with the firm's objectives
- Collaborating with HR and senior management to support talent retention and attraction
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a reward management role within the accountancy sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR and reward management systems
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable
