This firm seeks a Real Estate Tax Specialist to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive experience in UK property taxation. The organisation values exceptional client service, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

The role involves providing comprehensive support to the Property Director and Partner on all property tax matters. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), Corporate Interest Restriction (CIR) rules, and Capital Allowances. Expertise in VAT implications and Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) is essential. They will oversee tax reporting and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of returns.
