Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and sustain strong client relationships
  • Engage in proactive business development to secure new clients
  • Oversee the successful execution of complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring both technical precision and a practical, business-oriented approach
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members
  • Contribute to staff development initiatives, including retention and training efforts

Skills and Attributes

  • Client-focused with a strategic and commercial mindset
  • Proficiency in tax technical matters
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills, with an ability to deliver high-quality client outputs
  • Expertise in business development and converting new business opportunities
  • Effective time management and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience advising various individuals and organizations, including AIM-listed, PE-backed, family-owned businesses, and OMBs, or implementing management incentive and share option plans

Qualifications

  • ACA/CTA/Tax Inspector with full technical training, law qualification, or equivalent tax specialist qualification
  • Demonstrated tax technical and business development expertise
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff
