Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.

The firm is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join its team, with a focus on managing compliance and reporting within the financial services sector. This role involves key responsibilities such as ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting internal audits, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a deep understanding of financial regulations. Working closely with senior leadership, the Tax Manager will play a vital role in developing and implementing compliance strategies to help the firm uphold high industry standards.

KEY DUTIES:
- Overseeing the compliance framework and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
- Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement compliance strategies
- Providing guidance and training to junior staff on compliance matters
- Staying updated with changes in financial regulations and ensuring the firm’s practices are aligned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in financial services compliance and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Professional qualification in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
