The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and a proven history of advising management teams on pertinent issues, including a thorough understanding of the employment-related securities regime, as well as expertise in capital gains tax and income tax matters relevant to individuals engaged in transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Engage in proactive business development to secure new engagements.
- Oversee the delivery of complex and challenging consulting projects, ensuring technical precision and a practical, business-oriented approach.
- Provide guidance and developmental support to junior team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at staff retention and training.

Qualifications
- ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training, Law qualification, or equivalent expertise.
- Demonstrated tax technical proficiency.
- Proven experience in the management taxes domain.
- Business development experience with a record of successful opportunity conversion.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
