This firm is seeking a highly skilled M&A Tax Specialist to join its esteemed team. The ideal candidate must hold a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification and have at least two years of experience within M&A tax roles. The position involves a broad array of responsibilities, including designing tax-efficient structures for corporate transactions, reviewing heads of terms, overseeing tax due diligence processes, and negotiating tax clauses within Share Purchase Agreements. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-completion support and assisting in the enhancement of the firm’s Internal Risk and Liability (IRL) procedures.

Candidates should possess strong project management capabilities, advanced technical knowledge of tax laws applicable to M&A transactions, and outstanding analytical and communication skills.
