About the Role

Opportunity in a Prestigious Law firm. 

This firm seeks an experienced Tax Professional to join their team, focusing primarily on partnership taxation and partner support services. The role encompasses comprehensive tax management for an LLP structure, requiring expertise in both individual and partnership tax matters.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end tax compliance for partners and the LLP, including return preparation, computations, and filing
  • Provide strategic tax planning advice to partners and the firm's leadership
  • Oversee tax governance and maintain robust control systems
  • Handle partner-related tax matters, including entries and exits from the LLP
  • Coordinate with external advisors on specialized tax matters
  • Prepare and monitor tax payment schedules
  • Manage HMRC communications and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support broader tax initiatives, including VAT and capital allowances

Required Qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent)
  • Substantial experience in LLP or professional services firm taxation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the tax team, contributing to the firm's strategic objectives while ensuring full compliance with all tax obligations and regulations.
