Funds Tax Consultant

This firm seeks a Funds Tax Consultant to join them. They are offering both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

The primary focus of this role is to engage with an unrivalled client base, including private equity, hedge, credit, real estate, and infrastructure funds. The responsibilities encompass a wide variety of tasks such as fund structuring, fund establishment, compliance and reporting, and general day-to-day advisory. Additionally, the role involves direct interaction with fund principals.

KEY DUTIES OF THE FUNDS TAX CONSULTANT ENCOMPASS:
- Engaging with a diverse client base, including private equity, hedge, credit, real estate, and infrastructure funds
- Managing fund structuring and establishment processes
- Overseeing compliance and reporting activities
- Providing day-to-day advisory services to clients
- Liaising directly with fund principals to address their needs
- Contributing to the firm's growth in the private capital markets sector

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
