Director Valuations

Opportunity in a Top 10 firm.

This firm is seeking a Director to manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring the timely completion and high-quality delivery of client engagements. This role requires supporting senior leadership with project work, fostering strong client relationships, leading marketing and business development initiatives, and collaborating closely with senior members of the London team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive reports and conduct valuation analyses for a range of purposes, including accounting, tax, commercial, and forensic engagements.
• Manage, oversee, and contribute to valuation projects to maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction and engagement outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive valuation experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment.
• Proficiency across a range of valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, and intangible asset valuation.
• Expertise in interpreting financial statements for the purpose of valuations.
• Proven leadership skills with a commitment to team development and mentoring.
• Strong commercial insight and an understanding of both internal and external value drivers.
• Advanced business writing, analytical, and Excel modeling skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional qualification in accountancy or a related financial discipline (e.g., ACA or CFA).
