Director, Corporate Finance

This firm seeks a candidate who thrives in managing tasks independently while also excelling in team collaboration. Regular communication with senior managers, directors, and partners will be key to effectively supporting businesses. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and offering additional support to client organisations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong understanding of and experience in advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side engagements, with a record of successfully leading projects to completion. Experience should include work with private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity firms.
• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) or relevant experience in a similar field.
• Previous experience in staff management or supervisory roles.
